Terms of Service

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Your order is only accepted once we confirm it and begin preparing your food — an on-screen confirmation or a notification is not, by itself, acceptance.

We may decline an order if an item is unavailable, if the delivery address falls outside the branch's coverage, if the store is closed, or if we cannot verify your payment.

Menu items and prices can change without notice, and availability differs between branches and throughout the day. The price that applies is the one shown at the moment your order is confirmed.

• Prices are in Egyptian Pounds and include VAT where it applies
• Delivery fees and any service charge are shown separately before you confirm
• Photographs of menu items are for illustration and may differ from what is served

You can pay in cash on delivery or by card. Card payments are handled by our payment provider — we never receive or store your full card details.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on traffic, weather, and how busy the kitchen is.

It is your responsibility to give a complete and reachable address and phone number. If we cannot reach you or access the address, we may cancel the order and charge for food already prepared. See our Delivery Policy for the full detail.

Because food is prepared to order, an order can only be changed or cancelled before preparation begins. Once the kitchen has started, it cannot be cancelled.

If something is wrong with your order, contact us as soon as it arrives so we can put it right. Our Refund Policy explains what we offer and how.

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your sign-in credentials private, and for any order placed from your account.

• Give accurate contact and address information
• Do not share your account or let anyone else order through it
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account

Our kitchens handle nuts, dairy, gluten, sesame, egg, and other common allergens, and we cannot guarantee that any item is entirely free of traces of them. Ingredient information is provided in good faith and may change with supply.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please tell us before ordering so our team can advise you.

Promotions and coupon codes may carry their own conditions — a minimum order, a specific branch, a delivery type, or an expiry date. Unless we say otherwise, one code applies per order and codes have no cash value.

We may withdraw an offer or cancel an order where a code has been used in a way it was not intended to be.

Please use our website and app for their intended purpose. Do not place fraudulent or malicious orders, interfere with the service or its security, attempt to access other customers' information, or copy our content for commercial use without permission.

Our name, logo, menu, photography, and the design of our website and app belong to us and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

We take responsibility for serving you food that meets our standards. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Egyptian consumer protection law.

We may update these terms as our service changes. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
